I will be posting new visuals when the video is done next week.  All the new footage i have captured i shot yesterday and is still on my camera due to my lack of time last night to upload it.  My video is starting to somewhat come together now and i hope it will come out the way i have planned

A closer look at how i mixed my demo and my current work.  the top pictures are views of the samples and the bottom is a view of the filters.  the program is ableton live 8 suite

Here are some screen shots from my video.  These particular shots are for the title sequence / introduction.  I haven’t exported this video but can show the progress in class.  More coming very soon!

Project Proposal

For my next project in design for media i will be doing a short film about that will be ideally 3-5 minutes long.  In this video a troubled teenager gets the ride of his life when an insane in-car driving instructor takes him for a lesson he will not soon forget.  While at first the protagonist is scared for his life, he soon realizes that he has learn a whole lot more than just how to drive from this 3 hour in-car lesson. I will be using 8-bit music that i have been working on this semester to do the soundtrack for this video.  I hope to keep this short and sweet and not drag the video on for two long.  I have yet to come up with a good title but i really like the idea.  Also it will be an easy video to achieve from a technical stand point because it won’t require much as far as props, SFX, or any sort of budget.

The project begins…

We have recently started working on our project.  I have fished out a few models and am bringing lighting and other things with me to the set.  We are meeting Tuesday and Wednesday this coming week.  I am looking forward to getting started
